Welcome to the experts in data and panel validation services for the postal industry!

Our Services

Measurement agencies running postal surveys are doing their best to deliver only valid and verified results. But the truth is, even if the greatest care has been taken during the process, mistakes happen and can create damage for Postal Operators – both for their reputation as well their financials. Therefore, our services are designed for one purpose only - making sure that your company's measured performance is accurately reflected in the reported results and that any potential financial impact is kept to a minimum.

With its full range of services and long-standing expertise VAESTRA is in a unique position to help your organization have its measured performance accurately reflected in the reports.

Operational Assessments

With our experienced team of postal experts, we assess your operational processes and help you optimizing these processes in a way that they are not in conflict with the measurement design - something that can lead to unnecessary loss in the reported on-time performance.

Test Mail and Panel Validation

We rigorously review your test-mail data and receiver panel from all angles by looking for inconsistencies, anomalies and outliers to make sure that only verified and cleaned data will be used for calculating your performance.

Measurement Management

Through our extensive experience, we will ensure that all of your survey parameters are set in a way to support the highest possible performance and that extraordinary events or circumstances, such as Force Majeure etc., are reliably identified and raised in a way to gain maximum support by the measurement agency and the independent decision-making bodies.

Get the results that your performance deserves

The results of postal quality monitoring surveys can have an unwanted effect on the reputation and the revenues of the affected postal operators. It is therefore pertinent that operators conduct quality control checks of the test mail data as well as of the panelist responses, to ensure cleansing of all questionable test mail items. Apart from data cleansing, the measured performance is also affected by the statistical design and the setting of key parameters in the measurement.

We apply the full range of data validation techniques to all test-mail items to decide on the best approach for each individual case. We  support you to understand the influential parameters within the relevant systems and provide advice on how to best address them, through design adjustment as well as in your operational process.

Work with the leading validation experts

VAESTRA has extensive experience with the methodologies of all relevant test-mail based monitoring systems and our experts have proven successful for more than 15 years in performing data and panel validation, operational assessments and the active management of measurements.

As an independent intermediary VAESTRA has also more freedom than any postal operator undergoing in-depth analysis and is able to discuss the most sensitive survey-related issues with the measurement agencies on your behalf. This is possible since we never share any information with our clients that would potentially endanger the integrity of the survey in question, such as panel location or details regarding our in-depth analysis.

Let us tell you more about how your organization can benefit

Our range of services will support you in all aspects by facilitating a consistent and active approach for delivering valid data that will not unfairly impact your performance results.

We would be happy to present our services in more detail and discuss the best possible approach for your particular situation. We could then provide an initial assessment of the potential your organization could expect in terms of result improvement.

It is important to note, however, that any panel and data correction can only be claimed for up to 90 days after its occurrence. Therefore,  our services will be more successful when initiated rather earlier than later.
